I spent three hours today hemming two small pieces of fabric.

THREE HOURS.

TWO PIECES OF FABRIC.

I now fully understand why some designer clothing costs thousands and thousands of dollars. It's because of the amount of tedious labor put forth to sew the damn thing together.

Oh, and all that money is needed to pay off your medical bills after you gouge your eyes out with rusty needles upon realization that you just couldn't take hand-sewing any longer.

*Sigh* My major makes me want to burn things.
